Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Localism.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund up to 15 days after the purchase was made.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please contact us before you send the product:

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase to the seller (local brand).

The seller’s address should be on the waybill attached to the purchase. If not, please contact us immediately.

In the case of reimbursement, Localism is responsible for refunding the customer when they have received the returned product, within the specified timeframe and according to the conditions set out above.

We remind you that we can not guarantee that the seller will accept the return or refund. Localism can not be held responsible for its decision. If a dispute arises, we will try to reconcile each party. In the event of a conciliation failure, each party shall be free to refer the dispute to the competent legal authorities. Localism not be held liable for any such dispute.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Localism.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

What you can’t send back

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:

Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by the seller to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element

Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken.

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.
